OatmealEpsom SaltDried Lavender Buds, Calendula Flower Petals, or Rose PetalsGlass Jar with Lid
Measure about one cup of oatmealGrind the oatmeal into fine flour using a food processor or blenderCombine the oat flour and about 1 cup of Epsom salt togetherLeave the flowers intact or grind them in a food processor as you pleaseStir the flowers into the oat and salt mixtureStore in a glass jar
