Sandal season is almost here. It’s time to get those feet ready for open-toe shoes.
Here I'm sharing the Mountain Girl way to baby-soft feet. It’s my simple but elevated approach to delightful self-care for the feet. A luxurious treat that I hope you’ll love.
Step 1. Exfoliate. Make an indulgent foot scrub by mixing two (2) parts organic sugar and one (1) part Juniper Mint Body Oil. Mix well in a small bowl. Make only enough for immediate use. Rub onto feet with a circular motion caressing all parts of the feet, toes, heels and lower calf and then rinse off.
Step 2. Soak. Fill a large bowl with warm water and Epsom salt. Soaking your feet softens the skin and helps rinse off any remaining scrub.
Step 3. Moisturize. Place a few drops of Juniper Mint Body Oil on still wet feet. Massage oil into skin with intention, allowing the hydrating oils to penetrate and renew.
Finish with some cuticle care and polish if you like.
