Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

United States Shipping:
Standard flat rate shipping is $8.00 for orders up to $75.
Free US standard shipping is available for orders over $75, exclusive of sales tax and shipping.

Countries outside of the United States:
USPS rates are based on your shipping address and the weight and dimensions of your order and will be calculated at checkout.

I make every effort to process your order within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. I offer to ship via USPS and UPS. Mountain Girl Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.

IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local, in-store pickup at The Pretty Thistle Boutique, 1784 Churn Creek Rd, Redding, California. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one to three business days. I will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

The in-store pickup hours are 10am - 6pm on Monday - Saturday and are subject to change. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
